I had a fantastic time during my short stay while visiting the Louvre Museum and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of Paris. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, which was perfect after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a delicious selection that energized me for daily adventures. I appreciated the hotel's close proximity to both Gare du Nord and Gare l’Est.

Its a modest boutique hotel with good location in 10th arr. District really close to both the Gare Du Nord and Gare de Est train stations, the River and Metro to all the important and more famous spots in Paris. The breakfast is excellent, has many choices. All the stuff members are very welcoming and incredibly nice.

The location is convenient, just a short walk to Gare du Nord. The area feels sketchy at night with groups outside.

I had a single room and it was small but it was enough for one person. The staff (front desk and cleaning lady) were all very nice and respectful and helpful. The location is amazing in terms of nearness to Gare du Nord and Gare d'Est. The area is a tiny bit sketchy (men hanging out in groups everywhere) but you can see local families and also a lot of tourists, too, so it's a mix. I wouldn't walk around the area at night though. But because it's touristy, you can get everything around here, I got a prepaid SIM card for my phone (the guy selling it was helpful, too) and there's a bunch of Tabac stores and cafes. I never had the breakfast so I don't know what it was like. Good TV in the room. No AC but they had a fan but I never used it because it's May (cool at night). I would stay here again for a short stay for sure.
The walls are a bit thin so when someone is showering in the next room, it sounded like they're showering in MY room! Other than that I have no complaints.

Great air conditioning kept us cool .
Unfortunately, the noise levels from outside were unbearable. We could clearly hear conversations and sounds from the stairwell, keeping us awake at night. The bathroom cleanliness was subpar, with hairs left behind from previous guests, quite off-putting.

It was located right between the est and nord stations.
The carpet was very worn and dirty. The wallpaper was peeling and the toilet was disgusting. I don't even want to know what was in it.

The staff are friendly and genuinely helpful, catering to our family's needs. We were pleased to find the room clean and equipped with effective air conditioning. The location is ideal, just a short walk from two major train stations, awesome for easy access to popular attractions.
While the area around the hotel is lively, we did notice groups gathering outside at night, which could be concerning for families.

The location near Gare du Nord is superb. Walking distance to major transport links made traveling around easy. My room was cozy and clean, although a bit small. The air conditioning worked well, keeping the temperature comfortable despite the summer heat. I enjoyed the breakfast with fresh pastries and a variety of other options. The staff were mostly polite, especially the friendly receptionist. I encountered some unfortunate noise disturbances late at night from the stairwell, challenging to sleep. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times. The shower design in my room wasn't ideal. A few tweaks could improve the experience significantly.

It was newly decorated and clean. Breakfast was reasonably good for a budget hotel.
The neighbourhood can be very noisy until late at night if sleeping with the windows open at the front of the hotel.

The hotel offered a spacious room with a lovely view, perfect for our family getaway, and we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts together. And air conditioning was a lifesaver , especially with three dogs lounging around.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available.

Their price is good.
Hotel is not maintaining their rooms, the room in which stayed did not have toilet door key as it was out of order. Towels were old frayed. Almirah did not have one part as it was broken.
